L’ànima de les titelles (L’âme des marionnettes)

L’ànima de les titelles es una muestra presentada por artistas residentes en el Pueblo Español dentro de los talleres de postgrado Off Massana. Es una reflexión sobre los títeres como objeto y aquello que anima sus historias; piezas con vida propia, que funcionan por sí mismas y que juegan con la ambigüedad de aquello animado y aquello inanimado. Un viaje que va más allá de los títeres y del espectáculo. La exposición es un diálogo abierto en el sentido más amplio, construido a partir de diferentes puntos de vista y diferentes disciplinas. Una pequeña aportación al Tot festival que enriquece la mirada al mundo de los títeres desde el arte contemporáneo.

The puppets soul

The puppets soul is an exhibit presented by artists that reside at Poble Espanyol within the workshops of the Off Massana post-graduate group. It represents a reflection on puppets as an object and what animates their histories. Pieces of art with a life of their own, that function by themselves and that play with the ambiguity of the animated and the unanimated. A voyage that goes beyond puppets and spectacle. The exhibit is an open dialogue in the broadest sense constructed from different starting points and disciplines. A small contribution to the Tot festival, that enriches the view of the world of puppets from the perspective of contemporary art.
